Requirements : Qualification in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management (HNC/Degree) Over 4 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 1 year as a Quantity Surveyor Extensive experience in Construction/Civil Engineering (Subcontractor/Contractor roles) Knowledge of NEC & JCT Contracts Self-driven, meticulous, and an effective communicator Key Responsibilities : Creating cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for projects ranging from £1K to £5M Overseeing budgets, contracts, and procurement to ensure project profitability Negotiating contracts and cost-effective solutions with subcontractors & suppliers Monitoring job costs, materials, and labour to maintain efficiency and quality Conducting site visits and office work to manage project costs and progress Assisting in valuations for monthly payment applications for labour, material, and plant CAD experience is advantageous We are moving on interviews right now Apply and get in touch for a confidential conversation.
