Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key financial interface between practice group management and the Finance department. Provide financial expertise and support to improve profitability, working capital, and financial efficiency. Lead the annual planning and budgeting process for the practice group. Conduct financial analysis and provide insightful commentary to support decision-making. Support strategic business development, client retention, and increased client profitability. What We're Looking For: ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with proven post-qualification experience. Strong commercial acumen and exceptional financial analysis skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in finance business partnering within a professional services environment.
