Manage your own caseload across broad property types, including: Listed buildings, high value rural residential properties & unregistered land Advise on complex farm/agricultural property transactions from bare land, working farms and large estates Projects will include: Farm diversification, renewable energy projects and nutrient neutrality issues Advise on support payments & tenancies, rights of way and environmental issues ( all aspects of the sale, purchase & mortgaging of agricultural land and farms) Work closely with and be supported by other departments, including real estate and energy & planning Advise a wide client base, including farming families, landed estates, investors, banks as well as private individuals What will you need?
