A diverse and multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy practice, based in London, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team. The Construction Project Manager Role The Construction Project Manager will be deeply involved in a variety of projects across sectors such as housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health. In this role, you will: Manage projects with diverse values and complexities. Be a key member of the cost consultancy, project management, and employer's agent group. Take proactive responsibility for specific projects, ensuring successful delivery. Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Play an instrumental role in training and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Effectively manage and deliver projects across different sectors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Foster collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of project strategies. Mentor and support junior team members, enhancing team skillset and cohesion. The Construction Project Manager A degree in Project Management or a related field. Varied experience across different build sectors. MRICS/MAPM chartered or actively working towards such qualification. Previous experience in a consultancy environment. An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong team player attitude.
