Wills & Probate Paralegal

Wills & Probate Paralegal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role to be considered Role Based in:Skegness, Lincolnshire Hours; Full Time, Permanent Role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Holidays; 25 days plus bank holidays Salary; £25,000-£30,000 per annum DOE You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a varied mix of cases relating to private client work. In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of handling a range of Will cases from start to finish with minimal supervision, including advising on and drafting of the following: ➢ Wills ➢ Power of Attorney applications ➢ Court of Protection applications The successful candidate will be trained to undertake the following areas: ➢ Probate ➢ Trusts ➢ Estate Planning ➢ Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax HR/2025 The successful candidate will be: • IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system • Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative • You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
