Group Reporting Manager

This role is one to behold. Working for a business that is undergoing a period of innovation and growth, it is a newly created position that will support the Financial Controller in the day-to-day management of a small team of talented individuals looking after the core duties which will include. Presentation of monthly consolidated results and reviewing with internal stakeholders and FBPs Looking after a team of 4 Reviewing balance sheet and cashflow statements Preparation of consolidated financial accounts Reviewing and developing financial processes and putting in place improvements where necessary Providing support with annual budgeting and reforecasting cycle Working closely with auditors and supporting with presentation of group forecasts Working closely with FP&A team This role will suit a post-qualified accountant with strong technical prowess and exposure to staff management. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to put their stamp on things by embracing change and putting in place better ways of working where appropriate. Either ACA or ACCA qualified, with a background in a sizeable firm, this role offers excellent scope to be part of a PE backed business whose growth plans are exponential.Working in Milton Keynes and based in the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home, the role also comes with a 10% bonus potential. .
