SHEQ Advisor – Telecoms Belvedere – with regular travel to sites across London Up to £45,000 pa Benefits Vector Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join the telecoms division of a leading utilities and power contractor. This role covers multiple sites across London and focuses on driving Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) excellence. The Role As a SHEQ Advisor, you'll provide expert HSE guidance, ensuring compliance, reducing risks, and fostering a strong safety culture. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies Investigating incidents, near-misses, and environmental spills Delivering HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Supporting the development of HSE policies and emergency response plans Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices What We’re Looking For NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) Experience in HSE within Telecoms, Utilities, or Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations and industry standards Full UK Driving Licence Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Membership with IOSH/IEMA (desirable) Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or shifts to accommodate operational needs and emergencies.
