Engineering Team Leader Enfield 4 on 4 off days and nights (12 hour shifts) £63,000 - £63,500 We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to join a fast paced production site in Enfield. As part of a dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art, high-speed machinery. What You’ll Be Doing: Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Keep production running efficiently by maintaining and repairing a variety of production machinery. ⚡ Electrical & Mechanical Fault Finding – Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, using your expertise to minimize downtime. PLC Fault Finding – Plug in, troubleshoot, and resolve automation issues to optimize performance. Leading a Team – Supervise and support maintenance engineers, ensuring high standards of work and continuous development. Continuous Improvement – Work on improvement projects, new machinery installations, and root cause analysis initiatives. Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader: ✅ Strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ✅ Experience with PLC fault finding and troubleshooting. ✅ Previous team leadership or supervisory experience. ✅ A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving. ✅ Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
