Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Oversee and inspire the F&B team to deliver impeccable service across all dining outlets, including fine dining restaurants, bars, private events, and in-room dining. Culinary Excellence: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design exclusive menus that reflect current culinary trends and align with our brands standards. Revenue Management: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize F&B revenue and profitability. Operational Precision: Ensure flawless execution of all F&B operations, from inventory management to guest service. Personalized Service: Maintain a culture of personalized service that exceeds the expectations of a discerning clientele. Compliance and Standards: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene in all areas of F&B operations. Guest Relations: Act as a brand ambassador, handling guest feedback with professionalism and a commitment to excellence. Key Requirements: Experience: A proven track record as a Food and Beverage Manager in ultra-luxury hospitality, with a history of managing multiple F&B outlets. Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team dedicated to excellence. Financial Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Refined Service Skills: A deep understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to train staff to uphold them. Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is strongly preferred. Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a passion for curating extraordinary guest experiences.
