Leading and mentoring a dedicated team to produce exceptional dishes for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions. Overseeing food preparation, quality control, and presentation to ensure every dish meets the hotels high standards. Collaborating with suppliers and the kitchen team to source the best seasonal ingredients and create impressive event menus. Upholding strict hygiene, health, and safety regulations within the kitchen. Previous experience in banqueting, events, or high-end hotel kitchens is essential for this role.
