Sous Chef

Quite simply, food is our passion Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 with shifts from 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Wednesday to Sunday. Key responsibilities To ensure that food preparation, production and service is of a high standard and meets with customer satisfaction. To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity, consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes. To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef managing a team of 10 To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as directed by the Chef/ Manager To ensure that statutory and safe working practices are adhered to by all staff.
