International Commissioning Engineer – Electrical & PLC Systems Location: Field-based (UK & International Travel required) Salary: Up to £45,000 Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an International Commissioning Engineer to join a leading engineering firm. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong electrical background and knowledge of PLC systems, who is eager to travel and work on cutting-edge projects worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Commission, test, and implement specialist equipment at client sites across the UK and internationally. Modify software and electrical systems as required. Diagnose faults in PC-networked systems, switchgear, and IT infrastructure. Provide technical training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in commissioning electrical and control systems. Strong electrical expertise (essential); mechanical skills (advantageous). Understanding of PLC systems (beneficial). Ability to troubleshoot IT and networked systems. ECS certification and awareness of health & safety best practices.
