Materials Planner

Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in managing material requirements, ensuring accurate stockholding, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain efficient supply chain operations. This position offers the chance to expand technical expertise within a highly professional and regulated industry. Key Responsibilities Liaising with the Workshop Manager and Supervisors to determine material requirements Using company MS Database to establish Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Maintaining accurate stock records and resolving any discrepancies Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials Managing safety stock levels and ensuring efficient material availability Skills & Experience Experience within Planning Administrative position Ability to manipulate data in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work well as part of a team Enthusiastic about career development within a professional environment Offering Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 DOE Company Pension Scheme 30 days holiday entitlement per year Additional benefits, including flexi-time and a generous bonus scheme Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Career development opportunities through industry learning partnerships
