Collaborate with colleagues for effective teaching strategies What You Need to be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Primary: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Experience as an ECT or in a similar primary teaching role Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum Ability to motivate & inspire students Commitment to safeguarding & child welfare Safeguarding Commitment This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection .
