Compliance Executive/Advisor (Insurance) City of London | Hybrid (2-3 days in office) £45,000 per annum benefits Are you looking to build a career in insurance compliance and regulation? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading industry association seeking an Insurance Compliance Executive/Advisor to support their compliance and regulatory functions. This role offers direct exposure to the COO and senior leadership, providing an excellent platform for career growth in a dynamic and evolving sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring regulatory developments and supporting members with compliance requirements. Provide technical guidance on regulatory and market issues. Support the development of compliance resources, reports, and industry updates . Contribute to learning programs, technical forums, and policy initiatives . Engage with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders . Maintain and enhance technical and regulatory knowledge databases . Support the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and enhance member engagement. Required Skills & Experience: Interest in insurance, compliance, and regulation (prior experience in a similar role is an advantage). Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory information. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical writing. Organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot ) is beneficial but not essential. What's on Offer? ?
