Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We have a new role for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join a leading organisation based in South West London. This is a client side role, Monday - Friday and is a static position. In addition to a good starting salary you will be offered a generous pension and holiday allowance. There is opportunity for overtime and an on call. If you have had enough of working for a service provider and want to move in house please read on and apply Within this mechanical maintenance role you will be responsible for: Plant room checks and breakdowns PPMs Reactive maintenance Air Handling Units Boiler checks Hot and cold water systems Water treatment This is a varied mechanical maintenance role, where you will be working alongside a qualified electrician and plumber. This is a brilliant mechanical focused role for a qualified engineer. For this mechanical maintenance role we are looking for: Level 3 NVQ/ City and Guilds or Mechanical Degree Experience of building services maintenance, ideally from a hospital setting Experience of plant room maintenance, water treatment and PPMs A team player, looking for a long term, stable role in a close knit team.
