Sales / Estimating Manager - Large Scale Construction Location - West Yorkshire (travel expected) Salary - Up to £70,000 depending on experience A leading structural provider is looking for a Sales / Estimating Manager to join their team. This key role involves managing the estimating process, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring competitive, profitable project bids. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate competitive material prices Liaise with various clients’ engineers, architects, infrastructure consultants, etc Bids and tenders including presentations Successfully convert sales opportunities into project revenue Leading the Estimating Team, ensuring KPIs are met What We’re Looking For: Strong background in structural steel & cost estimation Leadership & negotiation skills Experience pricing large-scale projects from 50-3,000 tonnes Understanding of technical specifications and drawings Qualification in building studies or similar Benefits: 25 days plus Bank Holiday Profit-related bonus Private Pension Benefits portal Flexi-time This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales biased Estimation Manager (70 / 30 ; sales / estimation) looking to develop their career in a growing and well-regarded steelwork provider.
