Senior Business Change Manager (SC cleared)

Please note that valid SC clearance is required for this position. We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead the change management activities to uplift our client's Cloud technology capabilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of a new operating model across the Technology organization. The Business Change Manager will be responsible for understanding the necessary changes and developing tailored change plans for individual teams to facilitate a smooth transition to the new cloud-based environment. The consultant will be required to be based at client's main office in central London at least 2 days per week. Qualifications and experience: Education: o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. Relevant professional certification (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Practitioner) is preferred. Experience: o Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or in a similar role, preferably within large-scale IT transformation projects with significant operating model change. Experience with Cloud Platform implementations is highly desirable. Skills: o Extensive experience of implementing Target Operating Model (TOM). o Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. o Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. o Ability to conduct impact assessments and develop detailed change plans. o Experience in training and development related to IT implementations. o Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions. o Proficient in project management software and tools. o Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform and associated technologies. o ITIL certified Personal Attributes: o Strong leadership and influencing skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. o High level of emotional intelligence and empathy. o Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances. o Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
