Handy Person

Handy Person immediately required to work with our valued client the NI Housing Executive. This role will be working alongside patch managers and Tradespersons to undertake a range of tasks on buildings in the Coleraine area. This role also requires driving duties For box vans transporting supplies and tools to sites. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months with an hourly pay of £12.59 working 8:30am 4:30pm Monday to Friday. What The Job Entails: ? Preparing and Laying Concrete and Flags ? General maintenance duties to include removal of fixtures and fittings, basic repairs. ? General Labouring duties to including shovelling and moving supplies when needed ? Use of power and hand tools ? Working alongside the skilled tradesmen What We Need from You: ? 2 Years previous experience in a similar role. ? Wiliness to undertake an Access NI police check.
