Grounds Person

Grounds Person required to start immediately for our client the NI Housing Executive, this post is based in Ballymoney. The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Friday at a rate of £11.98 per hour. Main Duties ? Driving and operating a range of mechanical/electrical equipment and machinery. ? Using a range of hand and power tools to cut and edge hedges and grass. ? Building and maintaining shrub beds and grassed areas including reclaiming, fencing-off, ground planning & preparation, removal of dead trees, planting trees, shrubs and flower bulbs, fixing tree guards, staking, mulching, grading, reseeding, rolling, and watering as required. ?
