Junior sous chef - 17 Bruton Street Experience - Previous experience within a quality restaurant We are seeking a Junior sous chef to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking for a new role in an ambitious restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. Opening in Spring of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104 cover restaurant area a cocktail bar, and a 24 cover PDR on the lower level . The Position As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes throughout the operation. Working closely with the senior team; you will assist in managing the overall kitchen operation, If you have the following, then we want to hear from you: Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality Restaurant; Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce; A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail; Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade; A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedure Benefits & Culture As we prepare for our grand opening, we have curated a fantastic selection of work perks so we can be certain to attract the very best people in the industry.
