Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Software Development, Computer Science, or Engineering. Requirements: Proven experience in managing technical/software development teams. Strong technical background to support estimation, delivery oversight, and recruitment decisions. Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies. Experience in performance management or technical recruitment will be advantageous. Key Performance Areas: Lead and manage a team of Developers, including performance reviews and career development. Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Ensure smooth communication between Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders. Provide technical oversight to support estimation and project delivery. Supervise code reviews, testing, and Agile ceremonies. Act as an escalation point for team challenges. Foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
