Join an agri team as a Packline Manager in the Western Cape The role involves overseeing fruit grading and packing to meet market standards, ensuring food safety compliance (BRC and HACCP). Responsibilities include leading supervisors, driving continuous improvement, managing pallet intake, and developing packing programs. The ideal candidate should have 2 years production experience, knowledge of fruit quality standards, intermediate Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. Fruit packing experience is essential, along with managing large teams. A tertiary qualification (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management) is advantageous, but 6 years experience with Matric is acceptable.
