Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and execute captivating social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Create high-quality visual and written content, including posts, reels, and stories, that reflect the luxury and exclusivity of the brand. Collaborate with photographers and designers to maintain a consistent and visually appealing feed. Community Management: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and bloggers who align with the brand's image and can effectively reach a luxury audience. Manage influencer partnerships, ensuring that content is on-brand and objectives are met. Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports. Analyze engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness to refine strategies. Brand Representation: Maintain the brands tone of voice and ensure all social media activities align with the brand's positioning as a leader in luxury hospitality. Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in social media management, ideally in the luxury hospitality or travel sector. Strong understanding of luxury branding and social media trends. Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools. Basic design and video editing skills are a plus.
