GRINDING OPERATOR with ARTISAN Qualification (Trade) Matric or equivalent Artisan Trade Set up Grinding Machines according to specifications Select the appropriate Grinding Segments or Wheel Adjust Machine Settings Ensure Blades is positioned Adjust Feed Rates, Grinding Speeds to match the Material   being processed Operate Surface Grinding Machines to Grind Steel for the   Manufacture of Industrial Blades Inspect Blades during Grinding Process Accurate Measuring of Jobs, using Tools such as Micrometers,   Verniers & Gauges Lubrication & Replacement of worn-out Parts I dentify specific Materials for processing as different Material   may require Maintain or Sharpen Tools used in the Grinding process Clean Criminal record - will be verified
