Chef - Fine Dining

Our client, a luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape, is seeking a experienced Fine Dining Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, a strong background in fine dining, and the ability to work in a high-end lodge environment. Overseas experience will be and added advantage Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present fine dining dishes Develop seasonal menus Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high culinary standards Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization Train and mentor kitchen staff Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to enhance guest experiences. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining, hospitality or lodge setting.
