Junior Farm Manager

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day management of the macadamia farming operations. Support the Farm Manager in overseeing planting, harvesting, and general maintenance. Ensure compliance with all farming protocols and standards. Liaise with farm workers and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and report on farm activities and progress. Behavioural Competencies: Eager to learn and develop skills in macadamia farming. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
