Job Title: Content Creator Location: City of Cape Town, Cape Town, Camps Bay Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality Salary: ZAR20000 - ZAR28000 Per month Job Duties: Research, write, edit, and proofread engaging content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials Create compelling and original content that aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop content strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content creation Optimise content for SEO to increase visibility and reach Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a content creator or similar role Excellent writing and editing skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation or a related field Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in content management systems and SEO best practises Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the travel, leisure, tourism, or hospitality industry Certifications in content marketing or related areas Working Conditions: This role will be office-based. The position may require occasional travel for industry events or content creation purposes.
