Cost Management and Control Pricing Strategy and Profitability Financial Analysis and Reporting Compliance and Risk Management Cost Analysis and Reporting Innovation & Improvement Financial Reporting and Compliance Team Management and Leadership Communication & Collaboration Technology and Systems Management Training and Development Inventory Management Data Analysis and Interpretation SOPs Adherence Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferably with a CPA or CIMA certification. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a costing or financial management role, preferably within the FMCG sector. Proven experience in cost management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Expertise in advanced financial modeling, ERP software, and cost accounting platforms.
