Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Responsibilities : Salesforce Customization & Development : - Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components. - Utilize custom metadata, custom settings, and advanced schema design to build scalable and maintainable applications. - Implement complex business logic through triggers, workflows, process builder, and flows. Testing & Security : - Ensure application reliability by developing comprehensive unit tests using Apex Test Classes to achieve and maintain high code coverage. - Adhere to secure coding best practices, enforcing data protection, field-level security, and platform encryption. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Collaboration & DevOps : - Work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and Front-End Developers. - Utilize Git for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps. - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other agile development activities. Problem-Solving & Communication : - Demonstrate strong debugging skills using Salesforce Debug Logs and Apex Replay Debugger to identify and resolve issues efficiently. - Communicate technical solutions and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills & Experience : - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components. - Experience with custom metadata, custom settings, and schema design for scalable applications. - Solid understanding of Salesforce security features, including data protection, field-level security, and platform encryption. - Proven ability to write effective unit tests with Apex Test Classes and maintain high code coverage. - Experience using Git for version control. - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD. - Excellent debugging skills using Salesforce Debug Logs and Apex Replay Debugger. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
