Job Description
The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer role with a focus on Customer Insights, data journeys, and the Power Platform is integral to enhancing customer interactions and optimizing business processes. Candidates with 3-4 years of specialized experience in these areas are well-suited to drive data-driven strategies and leverage Microsoft's suite of tools effectively. Key Responsibilities : Customer Insights Integration : Utilize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to analyze and interpret customer data, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance engagement strategies. Power Platform Development : Develop applications using Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and create insightful reports through Power BI to streamline operations and provide actionable insights. Data Management and Strategy : Design and implement data journeys that ensure data integrity, facilitate effective data migration, and support comprehensive data analysis initiatives. Customization and Configuration : Tailor Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements, including customizing entities, forms, workflows, and plugins to enhance system functionality. Integration : Seamlessly integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems to ensure a unified approach to customer relationship management and data consistency across platforms. Technical Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Required Skills and Experience : Technical Proficiency : 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, focusing on Customer Insights and the Power Platform. Programming Skills : Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM SDK for developing custom solutions. Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, drive business decisions, and develop data strategies. Problem-Solving : Aptitude for identifying issues within the CRM system and developing effective, efficient solutions. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, and provide user training. Adaptability : Willingness to stay updated with the latest features and updates within the Dynamics 365 suite and continuously improve technical skills. Preferred Qualifications : Certifications : Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are advantageous and demonstrate a validated skill set.
