The Fire Risk Assessor's Role As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will independently manage projects and conduct comprehensive Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of sectors, including private blocks, offices, retail, and high-rise buildings. With a recently secured contract in North London, your expertise will be instrumental in supporting projects in the region. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across diverse property types. Provide solutions to fire safety-related challenges. Assist in preparing fire safety documents, policies, and procedures. Manage your schedule independently and liaise with clients. Stay updated on fire safety regulations and best practices.
