Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented. As a Restaurant Supervisor, oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience. This includes training and supervising staff, maintaining strict compliance with food health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Relevant Hospitality diploma / experience Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel sector Familiar with the duties and procedures of the restaurant Ready to Join?
