Group Financial Controller

Other Duties Include: Overseeing the monthly Group consolidation process and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. Managing external audits, IFRS compliance, and statutory financial obligations. Reviewing and maintaining accounting policies, technical position papers, and regulatory submissions. Providing financial insights to executive leadership through balance sheet analysis and cash flow commentary. Driving efficiency initiatives, improving financial processes, and strengthening internal controls. Leading and mentoring the corporate finance team while collaborating with global business units. Education: CA(SA) qualification with strong expertise in complex consolidations.
