Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist

This position is based in London, United Kingdom . Our client is a private, dedicated Occupational Therapy service focused on providing high-quality assessments and interventions to children. The clinic specializes in helping children and young people aged 0 to 18. Sensory integration is a core part of their practice. This private clinic is keen to have a South African person with Sensory Integration experience on-board. Working hours: Monday to Friday (option for Tuesday to Saturday available) - Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM6:00 PM - Saturday: 09:00 AM4:00 PM -Annual Leave: 28 days (including bank holidays) Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Our client will assist with HCPC registration - Certificate or formal training in sensory integration (advanced practitioners preferred SI 1-3 ) - Minimum of 5 years' experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a paediatric setting - Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is highly desirable Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of Occupational Therapists - Manage a caseload of 12-15 clients - Ensure the quality of assessments, interventions, and progress for clients - Deliver home and school recommendations and implement interventions - Communicate therapy plans and progress to parents and professionals - Conduct online therapy sessions for clients who cannot attend in person - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team - Participate in strategic service development and contribute to clinic goals - Provide clinical supervision and professional development to OTs - Design and implement specialist intervention programs for clients with complex needs Benefits: - Competitive salary: GBP 58,000 62,000 pa - Assistance with Visas and Flights for the successful candidate - Sensory Integration training provided by the Clinic Director - It being a private clinic and not part of NHS This is a shortened version of the job description and the full one will be discussed during interview stage.
