Restaurant Supervisor

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements: High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous. Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to stand for extended periods. Strong management skills. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.  Duties will include but not limited to Restaurant operations day to day Answering phone / making bookings / assisting with general queries Processing guest payments Printing and handling of Restaurant accounts Dealing with guest complaints Managing a team of approximately 10 staff members Delegating daily Restaurant duties for waiters – cleaning / setting tables / setup of function venues Working on Semper POS system as well as reservations systems Some shifts might have some elements of Reservations reception – checking in guests / checking out guests / assisting with queries Previous experience in functions not a must but would give a large advantage Assisting Restaurant Manager on duty with any additional tasks given Willing to work shifts (morning OR afternoon shift) Willing to work weekends / holidays Â
