Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Staff management Stock management Opening and closing of the kitchen Health, Safety and hygiene standards Training, mentoring and upskilling of junior staff Running the pass and coordinating service General administration (stock takes / procurement) In the absence of the head chef - oversight of the kitchen Qualifications : Culinary diploma Fluent in English and Afrikaans Computer literate Own reliable vehicle is Advantageous 4 years in a similar role Competencies : Leadership skills Excellent communication skills Ability to train and mentor Numerical skills Problem solving skills Reliable Willing to work extended hours passionate about the industry
