Job Specification Key Performance Areas: Operation of blender Data capturing on SAP manufacturing system Adherence to blending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Preparation of brand change as per SOPs Achieve daily planned targets Equipment cleaning and housekeeping standards maintained Experience: 1 year supervisory experience 1 year or more experience as a Blending/Production Operator Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent Computer Literate Word, Excel, Outlook SAP (added advantage) Competencies: Must be a team player A quick learner Good attitude Must be able to work shifts through overtime on weekdays and weekends Knowledge on PPE policy and proper use Be able to communicate to other team members
