Job Description
A position has arisen Richards Bay for a Logistics & Cash Sales Coordinator. We are looking for an Energetic, Customer focused individual with excellent admin and attention to detail to fill this role. You need to love dealing with all levels of people, working with numbers and figures, coordinating incoming and outgoing stock and making sure we delight our Cash Sales customers at all time. In this role you will be responsible for, amongst other duties: Managing the reception and Cash Sales area Receiving of visitors and contractors as per visitor policy (PPE, questionnaire etc) Maintaining excellent standard of Housekeeping Assisting with monthly stock taking Booking in of stock onto SAP and handling relevant paperwork Managing GRVs and secondary packaging records and paperwork Coordinating local deliveries Generating and filing of invoices Customer service and sales Capture and load orders and payments from customers Managing and ordering of office stationery and consumables Compiling and updating of POD and GRV report To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following criteria: Minimum Diploma (Degree is advantageous) Minimum 3 years experience in a customer Service and/or Logistics admin type position Intermediate to advanced Excel required Able to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans, isiZulu is advantageous Strong planning and organisational skills Service orientated, happy to go the extra mile for the customer Honest, trustworthy and reliable Excellent attendance and time keeping required in this role Enjoys a mix between customer facing and stock management and admin A positive attitude and always striving to do the " THE BEST"
