Financial Reporting General Ledger Management Month-End/Year-End Closing Budgeting and Forecasting Internal Controls Tax Compliance Team Leadership and Mentoring Cash Flow Management Ad hoc Financial Analysis Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Typically 3-5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Excel (advanced functions). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions. Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliation. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and mentor a team, providing clear guidance and feedback. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
