Technical Competencies & Experience: Lead the production planning process to ensure efficient use of raw materials, packaging & labour, with a focus on meeting production deadlines. Develop and execute supply chain strategies for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet production schedules. Establish and maintain a list of preferred suppliers Management of Inventory & Materials Overseeing the logistics process for raw material procurement, packaging supplies & finished goods distribution Cost & Management optimization Ensuring compliance and quality control Lead, mentor & develop the supply chain & logistics teams Behavioural Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication Ability to work well in a pressurised environment Ability to adapt to changing circumstances IMPORTANT - Only shortlisted candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered.
