Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with group finance objectives and implement operational business processes. Conduct full financial review and analysis of quarterly results. Present results with feedback, analysis, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team. Work closely with the BI team for segmentation and competitive analysis. Identify key performance metrics and establish monitoring dashboards with corrective action plans. Develop financial action plans for risk management and ensure strategic alignment. Conduct financial performance analysis, forecasting, and modelling. Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue calculations, cash flow forecasting, and CAPEX budgets. Oversee revenue authority queries, procurement processes, warehouse, and operations teams. Review internal controls and manage a finance team. Education & Experience Requirements: BCom degree in Management Accounting or Financial Management. CIMA / SAIPA qualified (or equivalent). 5-7 years' experience in an operational finance role. Experience in manufacturing, CAPEX equipment, import/export industries. Management experience is essential. Expertise in procurement & warehouse operations linking to central finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Strong business and financial acumen with excellent analytical skills. Ideal Candidate Profile: Prior Africa experience is highly preferred. No criminal record (required for work visa approval).
