Junior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements: BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying , Construction Management, or a related field. 01 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role (internship experience is beneficial). Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JBCC, NEC, FIDIC) is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, CostX, BuildSmart, or other quantity surveying software is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and develop within the industry. A valid drivers license and own vehicle Key Responsibilities: Assist with on-site measurements, on-site payments, appointment letters Assist in preparing cost estimates , budgets , and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects. Support the tendering and procurement process Assist with cost control and financial reporting , including tracking project expenditures and forecasting costs. Conduct site visits to assess work progress , measure completed work Help manage contract administration. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure project cost efficiency.
