Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all production activities on the factory floor. Lead and coordinate a team of staff in the weapons and land systems division. Ensure efficient manufacturing processes and maintain high-quality standards. Drive productivity, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree (BEng/BSc). or Btech 5 to 10 years of experience in a production management role.
