Guidewire Developer

Job Description: Global Infotech Inc, is seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer. Location: Schaumburg IL, and Unanticipated Client Locations. Roles and responsibilities: Highly skilled Guidewire Developer with 5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Implement integrations with external systems using web services (SOAP/REST), messaging, and APIs Implement and support policy administration workflows, claims processing, FNOL, and billing functionalities. Proficiency in Gosu programming, Java, XML, SQL/Oracle, and scripting languages. Develop Guidewire UI screens using PCF files, enhancing user experience. Work with Guidewire data model, create custom entities, and manage SQL/Oracle databases. Strong expertise in Guidewire Configuration (Gosu scripting, UI, Data Model, Rules, Workflow, Batch Processing, Messaging, etc.). Experience with Guidewire Integrations (Web Services, APIs, Messaging, Event-based integrations). Design and implement SOAP/REST web services for seamless data exchange with external systems. Configure business rules, workflows, and UI components in Guidewire applications. Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud environments. Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for handling complex production issues. Cloud experience in AWS/Azure, with knowledge of cloud-based deployment and monitoring. Strong background in Agile development, Scrum methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field with/ without Industry experience.
