This is a 14•week contract position with a day shift schedule (9:00am•5:30pm). On•call rotation is required. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in various surgical procedures including neurosurgery, cardiology, children's health services, orthopedic, and general surgery. • Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly and safely. • Maintain a clean and safe operating environment. • Assist in patient preparation and surgical procedures. • Adhere to all safety and health regulations. Requirements: • Must hold a valid CST license. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Previous travel experience is preferred but not required. • Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • COVID•19 vaccination is required. Additional Information: • Opportunities for overtime and contract extension are available but not guaranteed. • Free parking is provided at our client's location. • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. • The EMR system in use is EPIC. • Scrub color requirement: Any color, no t•shirts with logos, etc. • Our client's location is in New Bedford, MA.
