Earn $20.69/hour plus overtime after 40 hours, with steady hours and excellent benefits. This is a great opportunity for CDL A and non-CDL drivers who can pass a road test. Position Highlights: Pay : $20.69/hour (includes $0.75 shift differential) Earnings : Up to $1,100 per week Schedule : Monday - Friday (Saturday shifts as needed based on plant production) Hours : 43-50 hours per week (OT after 40 hours) Work Type : Yard switcher (contained to the yard, no road driving) Freight : Automotive parts (located at the Honda plant) Key Responsibilities: Trailer Movement : Move 60-80 trailers per shift within the yard using a yard truck No-Touch Freight : No loading or unloading required Safety & Compliance : Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard equipment and maintain compliance with safety regulations Requirements: License : CDL A preferred , but non-CDL drivers may qualify if they pass a road test Experience : Previous yard switcher experience preferred but not required Equipment : Ability to operate yard trucks with automatic transmissions Availability : Willingness to work Monday - Friday with Saturday shifts as needed Benefits: Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan About TransForce: TransForce drivers are respected professionals, trusted by both our clients and the industry at large.
