Senior Natural Adabas Developer

An industry leader in the Automotive industry is looking for an experienced Senior Natural Adabas Developer to lead the development and optimization of their core systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role, mentor Junior Developers, and drive innovation within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Natural Adabas applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Developers. Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions. Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. Manage the integration of Natural Adabas systems with other technologies. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Natural Adabas development. Expertise in mainframe environments and Adabas database management. Advanced knowledge of Natural programming and Adabas utilities. Proven experience in leading development projects and mentoring teams. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with Predict or similar dictionary tools. Knowledge of modern integration techniques and tools. Familiarity with cloud technologies and migration strategies.
