Construction Manager

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and unparalleled quality. Key Responsibilities: · Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, managing resources and teams effectively. · Guarantee projects are delivered within stipulated timelines and budgetary constraints, adhering to the highest quality benchmarks. · Maintain meticulous oversight of all construction processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. · Proactively manage and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. · Foster strong communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (B.Sc. or B.Tech), Civil Engineering (B.Eng. or B.Tech), or a related discipline. · A Master's degree or professional certifications like PMP are highly desirable. · 5-10 years of substantial experience in construction management, specifically with large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or multi-story). · Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction teams. · Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis. · In-depth knowledge of South African building codes, safety regulations (OHS Act), and environmental standards. · Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
