Test Engineer - Software Quality Assurance

Role : Mid-level Test Engineer Description : We are looking for a Mid-level Test Engineer with 7-8 years of experience to join our dynami : team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with expertise in both manual and automated testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve product functionality. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications. - Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality. - Perform regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing. - Automate test cases using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality. - Maintain documentation related to testing processes, test cases, and results. Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). - Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
